All services offered by AsianPay are digital in nature and are delivered electronically through:

IMPS transfers are credited instantly (24x7). NEFT transfers are processed in batches during banking hours and may take 2-4 hours. You will receive transaction confirmation via SMS with UTR number for tracking.

AEPS transactions are processed in real-time at the merchant/retailer location. Cash withdrawal is provided immediately after successful biometric authentication. Digital receipt is generated instantly.

Most bill payments are processed instantly and reflected in the biller's system within minutes to 24 hours depending on the biller. Confirmation receipt is sent via SMS and available in transaction history.

7. Delivery Delays and Issues

7.1 Possible Causes of Delay

  • Operator Issues: Temporary downtime at telecom/DTH operators
  • Bank Holidays: NEFT transfers may be delayed on bank holidays
  • High Traffic: Peak hours may cause slight delays
  • Biller Processing: Some billers process payments in batches
  • Technical Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance windows

7.2 What to Do If Delivery Is Delayed

  1. Wait for 30 minutes for instant services
  2. Check transaction status in your account
  3. If still pending, contact customer support
  4. Provide transaction ID for faster resolution

7.3 Failed Deliveries

If a service fails to deliver:

  • Amount is automatically refunded to wallet (for instant services)
  • Refund processing: Within 24-48 hours
  • You will receive SMS notification about the failure and refund

8. No Physical Shipping

Please note that AsianPay:

  • Does not ship any physical products
  • Does not deliver any items to physical addresses
  • All services are delivered electronically
  • No shipping charges apply to any service

Bus tickets are e-tickets only. For physical travel, you must present your e-ticket (digital or printed) at the boarding point. No physical ticket is mailed or couriered.

Our platform operates with high availability:

  • Maintenance Windows: Typically scheduled during low-traffic hours (2 AM - 5 AM IST)
