• Have a valid mobile number and email address
• Complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from our Services

4. Account Registration & Security

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Log out from your account after each session

5. Services Offered

AsianPay provides the following digital payment services:

• Mobile Recharge: Prepaid mobile recharges for all major operators
• DTH Recharge: Direct-to-home television service recharges
• DMT (Domestic Money Transfer): Bank-to-bank money transfers within India
• AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System): Banking services using Aadhaar authentication
• Bill Payments: Utility bill payments including electricity, water, gas, and insurance
• Bus Booking: Interstate and intrastate bus ticket booking
• Wallet Services: Digital wallet for storing and managing funds

6. Transaction Rules

6.1 Transaction Limits

All transactions are subject to daily, weekly, and monthly limits as prescribed by regulatory guidelines and our internal policies. These limits may vary based on your KYC status and transaction history.

6.2 Transaction Fees

Certain services may attract transaction fees or service charges. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before transaction confirmation.

6.3 Transaction Confirmation

Once a transaction is initiated and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please verify all details before confirming any transaction.

7. Wallet Terms

• Wallet balance does not earn any interest
• Wallet cannot be used as a savings account
• Minimum wallet balance may be required for certain transactions
• Wallet top-up is subject to daily limits
• Unused wallet balance can be withdrawn to your registered bank account

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or money laundering
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsianPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AsianPay, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kalaburagi, Karnataka, India.
