1. Agreement Overview
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Asianpay Enterprise ("AsianPay," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your use of AsianPay's digital payment platform, mobile applications, and related services.
By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Parties to This Agreement
2.1 AsianPay (Service Provider)

2.2 User (You)
Any individual or entity that registers for and uses AsianPay's services, subject to eligibility requirements specified in this Agreement.
3. User Eligibility & Registration
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
To enter into this Agreement and use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a citizen or legal resident of India
- Possess a valid government-issued identification document
- Have a valid mobile number registered in India
- Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be prohibited from receiving or using financial services under any applicable law
3.2 Registration Process
To become a registered User, you must:
- Complete the registration form with accurate personal information
- Verify your mobile number through OTP authentication
- Create secure login credentials
- Complete KYC verification as required
- Accept this Agreement and related policies
3.3 KYC Requirements
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory for accessing certain services. You agree to provide:
- Valid identity proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License)
- Address proof as required
- Photographs as specified
- Any additional documents required for specific services
4. User Obligations & Responsibilities
4.1 Account Management
You agree to:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Not share your account with any third party
- Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account
4.2 Transaction Responsibilities
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for verifying transaction details before confirmation
- Transactions once confirmed cannot be reversed or cancelled
- You will ensure sufficient wallet balance before initiating transactions
- You will comply with all applicable transaction limits
- You will not use our services for any illegal or prohibited purposes
4.3 Compliance Obligations
You agree to comply with:
- All applicable laws and regulations
- RBI guidelines and directives
- Anti-money laundering (AML) requirements
- Tax reporting obligations
- This Agreement and all related policies
5. AsianPay's Obligations
AsianPay commits to:
- Provide services as described on our platform
- Process transactions promptly and accurately
- Maintain reasonable security measures to protect your data
- Provide customer support for service-related issues
- Communicate important updates and changes to our services
- Comply with applicable regulatory requirements
- Handle complaints and grievances in a timely manner
6. Service Fees & Charges
6.1 Transaction Fees
Certain services may attract fees or charges. All applicable fees will be:
- Clearly displayed before transaction confirmation
- Deducted from your wallet balance automatically
- Subject to change with prior notice
6.2 Third-Party Charges
You may incur additional charges from third parties, including:
- Bank charges for fund transfers
- Convenience fees from service providers
- Taxes as applicable
6.3 Fee Schedule
Current fee schedule is available on our platform and may be updated periodically. We will notify you of any significant fee changes.
7. Wallet Terms
7.1 Wallet Features
- Your wallet is a prepaid instrument for conducting transactions
- Wallet balance does not earn interest
- Wallet is non-transferable between users
- Maximum wallet balance limits apply as per RBI guidelines
7.2 Loading Funds
You can add funds to your wallet using:
- UPI payments
- Net banking
- Debit/Credit cards
- Bank transfers
7.3 Withdrawal
Withdrawal of wallet balance is subject to:
- Completion of full KYC verification
- Withdrawal limits and processing times
- Applicable fees, if any
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Transaction Disputes
For transaction-related disputes:
- Contact our customer support within 24 hours of the transaction
- Provide transaction details and supporting information
- We will investigate and respond within 7 business days
- Resolution may include refund, reversal, or explanation
8.2 Escalation Process
If you are not satisfied with the resolution:
- Escalate to our Grievance Officer within 15 days
- We will review and respond within 30 days
- If still unresolved, you may approach the appropriate regulatory authority
8.3 Arbitration
Any unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Kalaburagi, Karnataka, and the proceedings shall be in English.
9. Limitation of Liability
⚠️ Please read this section carefully as it limits AsianPay's liability to you.
- AsianPay shall not be liable for losses arising from third-party service provider failures
- We are not responsible for losses due to unauthorized access caused by your negligence
- Our liability is limited to the transaction amount in dispute
- We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Force majeure events exempt us from service obligations
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by User
You may terminate this Agreement by:
- Requesting account closure through our platform
- Withdrawing all available funds from your wallet
- Completing any pending transactions
10.2 Termination by AsianPay
We may terminate or suspend your account if:
- You violate this Agreement or related policies
- We suspect fraudulent or illegal activities
- You provide false or misleading information
- Required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to services will be discontinued
- Pending transactions may be cancelled
- Available wallet balance will be refunded (minus applicable fees)
- Certain provisions of this Agreement will survive termination
11. Amendments
AsianPay reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. We will:
- Notify you of material changes via email or platform notification
- Provide reasonable notice period before changes take effect
- Allow you to terminate if you disagree with the changes
Your continued use of our services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in Kalaburagi, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.
13. Miscellaneous
13.1 Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and AsianPay.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under this Agreement. AsianPay may assign its rights and obligations with notice to you.
